Thanks for shopping at Coral! If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. We are doing everything we can to formulate the perfect sunscreen, and we want you to love our products as much as we love the ocean!

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned

item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 7-10 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Payments are made online through giving your information on the website. The full payment needs to be made instantly upon purchase and processed within the following 3 days, after which orders will be dispatched. Special fees are in additional shipping costs and taxes and shipping are included in standard orders. Tax is not included in purchase but is shown in checkout cost.

The expected shipping date for Pre-Order Products is subject to reasonable delays in manufacturing and/or delivery. Such date given is only an estimate, is subject to change, and Company does not represent or warrant that it will be able to ship the Product by the estimated date. As a result, in the event that a delay arises and the estimated shipment and/or release of the product is not met, we are not to be held responsible for any damages that may occur due to the delay, nor shall it be obligated, except as set forth in these Terms, to provide any discounts, refunds or credits due to any such delays. The Products will be shipped in the order in which your Pre-Order is received by the Company. Shipments will be made Monday – Friday, with-ought holidays, unless otherwise noted. All packages receive free standard shipping, but under the circumstance you want expedited or another shipping rate, you have to pay for extra charge.

When placing a Pre-Order for Coral, you will be required to provide certain information, such as your address and billing information. You represent and warrant that all such information is accurate, and you shall make sure that such information is kept current.
